During times of stress it is easy to focus on what isn't working in our life. We have a tendency to be aware of the negative which only makes us more anxious and depressed. Be mindful of the positive people we have in our life and the unique strengths we bring to others. This awareness will lead to a greater appreciation for what and who we have in our life and might just provide a sense of calm and security. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
