Rates

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I will verify your insurance benfits prior to our first session.  Please check your coverage carefully.  A Sliding Scale might be applied for those whose insurance I can't accept.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
Many employers participate with an employee assistance program where a limited number of sessions may be provided at no cost to you. 
I participate with several EAP's including but not limited to:  ENI, ESI and Compsych.  Ask your Human Resouces Dept. or Supervisor for more information.

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash, Check, HSA (Health Savings Account cards) and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Credit cards are assessed a 3% charge per use.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
